Transcenda grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software in accordance with the purchased plan. You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute the software without prior written consent.
License keys are issued per organization and are not transferable. Each key is bound to the plan tier and feature set at the time of purchase. Unauthorized use or sharing of license keys may result in revocation.
Transcenda reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time with reasonable notice. Pricing changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact support for a full refund.
After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued for unused service periods.
